Introduction

Hi! My name is Thomas :-) and I am a Sleep/Neuro Technologist (PSG T.) and a CPAP user.

I opened this blog on CPAP, OSA & PSG (as well as other interests) as many of my patients and friends in Malaysia encouraged me to share my knowledge and experience in the internet.  There is a lack of information on these topics in Malaysia and many available sources are from overseas.
